1 Large Cucumber, Peeled And Sliced
¾ Cup Butter Or Margarine
2 Teaspoons Fresh Minced Garlic
20-24 Slices White Bread
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Fresh Cracked Pepper

Cooking Directions:
To prepare this Cucumber tea sandwich you want to start by lightly salting the cucumbers, Place them in a strainer to drain. Combine butter and minced garlic in a small dish and layer on one side of each piece of bread. In another separate dish combine the lemon juice, olive oil and fresh cracked pepper. Add the cucumber slices, toss well to coat. To arrange these beautiful tea sandwich’s add cucumbers to 10-12 slices of bread, top with the other 10-12 slices , cut off crust and cut club style. This dish is great for catching up with old friend or as an appetizer.
