Ingredients:
1 Cans Drained Tuna
1 Large Apple, Chopped Fine
1 Cup Celery, Chopped
1/4 Cup Sweet Pickle Relish
½ Teaspoon Seasoning Salt
¼ Teaspoon White Pepper
½ Teaspoon Dry Mustard
¼ Teaspoon Dried Tarragon
1 Teaspoon parsley Flakes
1 Tablespoon Minced Onion
1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Cup Mayonnaise
6 Slices White Bread

Cooking Directions:
In a large mixing bowl add the celery and relish blend well. Combine remaining ingredients and mix well; add tuna and mix thoroughly. Spread mixture on toasted bread and enjoy.
